the bedsheets were awful, really just an absoluteey shocking experience. and where is the complimentary coffee in the room? as a guest who expected more, i woudl ve been happy with an upgrade or a little welcome gift, but no. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t!

i had a fantastic stay at ibis. the location is right in the middle of the port area, making it super convenient. the staff really went above and beyond to help me out, especially when i missed my taxi to the airport. they even accompanied me to the bus stop, which was incredible. breakfast was excellent, too.

Ibis is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops. A small supermarket is conveniently located next door. The room was clean with a large, comfortable bed and an adequate bathroom. Breakfast offered was delightful with a variety of options available, which I enjoyed both mornings during my stay.

No kettle in the room for hot drinks.
